By submission of any photographs and video (the "Material"), you agree to permit Oxygen or it’s designated web-service company (collectively, the "Producer") the non-exclusive right to the Material for use in all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, and in any advertising and promotion of the series entitled "Tresstify" and of Oxygen. You represent and warrant that you own all right, title and interest (including all copyrights) sufficient and necessary to grant the permission, free and clear of any conflicts with any third party rights, and can release Producer, and hereby release Producer, from any claim or other cause of action arising out of Producer’s use of the Material.
